With Hurricane Arthur expected to drench North Carolina's Outer Banks tonight, disrupting what would normally be a heavily trafficked holiday destination, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has asked CAP to conduct aerial photography flights over the area as soon as the storm has blown through. FEMA's request to the 1st Air Force (Air Forces Northern) seeks authorization for CAP flights to begin Friday.
